Alone
Each photo in this project is filled with emotion. The main idea is to convey these feelings to the viewer. At the beginning, we see a man under stress, his muscles tense, a person lost and uncertain, trapped in his own emotions, feeling as if he has no options.
As the story unfolds, we see him shrink, as though the weight of his feelings is too much to bear.
Overwhelmed by negativity, helplessness, sadness, and melancholy, his body reflects a sense of defeat.
Approaching the end of this emotional cycle, something shifts inside him.
He begins to rise, no longer resigned. With calm strength and determination, he starts to stand, ready to face what comes next.
The lighting set consisted of lateral
illumination (90°), in the first two photographs I used two softboxes to have
more light, as soon as, the man sinks into his feelings the lighting set
changes. I use only one sofbox to have more darkness and a higher contrast.
Cada foto de este proyecto está llena de emoción. La idea principal es transmitir estos sentimientos al espectador. Al principio, vemos a un hombre estresado, con los músculos tensos, una persona perdida e insegura, atrapada en sus propias emociones, sintiendo que no tiene opciones.
A medida que avanza la historia, le vemos encogerse, como si el peso de sus sentimientos fuera demasiado para soportarlo. Abrumado por la negatividad, la impotencia, la tristeza y la melancolía, su cuerpo refleja una sensación de derrota.
Al acercarse al final de este ciclo emocional, algo cambia en su interior y comienza a levantarse, ya sin resignación. Con serena fuerza y determinación, comienza a ponerse en pie, dispuesto a afrontar lo que venga después.
El juego de iluminación consistió en una iluminación lateral (90°), en las dos primeras fotografías utilicé dos softboxes para tener más luz, en cuanto, el hombre se hunde en sus sentimientos el juego de iluminación cambia. Terminando con un solo softbox para tener más oscuridad y un mayor contraste.
