Body in the nature
Very long time ago, I wanted to start doing nude photography in
open places. The idea of having a naked body in the middle of the streets,
surrounded by nature, on top of a rock or with an incredible landscape behind,
tormented me. On my last trip to Huaraz, in 2019, I decided to do a small
photoshoot to confirm the level of detail that I must had for the folowings. While
we were doing a trekking we found ourselfs in the perfect location for the
photos, however, I had the time against me, so we choose to perform a semi-nude
in that arid environment full of bad grass.
We were very happy with the results and it would be amazing
to do it again, but this time making sure to be more prepared. For this type of
photoshoots it’s crucial to make the model feel as comfortable as possible,
trying not to have so many people around or anyone, but above all, the spot
where the model will be placed has to be very confortable and clean.
The phrase that I found in the internet: " I’m
obsess with becoming a woman comfortable in her own skin" describes
perfectly the model situation. She is in a unfamiliar environment, her skin is illuminated
only by the sunlight, there are not shadows to hide imperfections and the comfort
is the most important aspect for the photography to go perfect. The idea is to
combine the body beauty with the nature beauty.
De hace algún tiempo quería comenzar a tomar fotografías de desnudos en lugares abiertos. La idea de tener un cuerpo desnudo en medio de las calles, rodeada de la naturaleza, encima de una roca o con un increíble paisaje detrás me atormentaba. En mi último viaje a Huaraz en el 2019, decidí realizar una prueba para confirmar el nivel de detalle que se debe de tener, mientras realizábamos una caminata encontré el lugar propicio para tomar unas fotografías, sin embargo, no contaba con el tiempo a mi favor, por lo cual opte por realizar un semi desnudo en aquel ambiente árido y lleno de hierva mala.
El resultado obtenido me agrado bastante y me dejo con el gusto de volverlo a realizar, pero esta vez siendo más cuidadosa. En estos ambientes, se me hace crucial hacer sentir a la modelo lo más cómoda posible, tratando que no hayan tantas personas alrededor o casi nadie, pero sobretodo haciendo que el lugar donde ella va a reposar no tenga alguna superficie que la haga sentir incomoda.
La frase “mi obsesión es ser una mujer que se siente cómoda en su propia piel” describe la sensación de la modelo en esta ocasión, recordemos que no se encuentra en un ambiente familiar, solo viste su piel iluminada por la luz solar sin posibilidad de ocultarse entre sombras, donde la comodidad es el aspecto más importante para que la fotografía salga perfecta. La idea es combinar la belleza de un cuerpo en reposo con la belleza de la naturaleza.
