Golden Boy
After creating Golden Girl, I was drawn to the idea of reimagining the concept. This time, through the male form.
The vision shifted: closer, more intimate compositions. A contrast between the warmth of gold and the natural tone of the skin.
With a model whose physique carried strength and structure, the glitter was placed with intention, selectively adorning parts of the body, not to overwhelm, but to highlight. To let light and texture meet muscle and form
in quiet, radiant dialogue.
I used
the same lighting set as in “Golden Girl”, keeping the main light closest to
the model with a difference between of two points. Also, I used a slow speed therefore
a tripod was necessary.
Después de crear Golden Girl, me atrajo la idea de reimaginar el concepto. La visión cambió: composiciones más cercanas, más íntimas. Un contraste entre la calidez del oro y el tono natural de la piel.
Con un modelo cuyo físico transmitía fuerza y estructura, la purpurina se colocó con intención, adornando selectivamente partes del cuerpo, no para abrumar, sino para resaltar. Para que la luz y la textura se encontraran con el músculo y la forma en un diálogo tranquilo y radiante.
Se realizó el mismo esquema de luces, manteniendo como luz principal la luz más cercana a la persona con una diferencia de dos puntos. Así mismo, se trabajo con una velocidad lenta por lo que un trípode fue necesario.
